My pro Mirian is over the top. Im 51 a former professional basketball player and recently dislocated my ankle while playing. My goal is to fully recover from the injury, strengthen my ankle and get back on top shape do i can play basketball competitively again. She’s just what i needed. Very knowledgeable as a pro and knows about injury recovery. She’s also an elite athlete - 8x world champion in power lifting, in her 50’s so she knows how to not just recover but get back to an peak level when one is older. I highly recommend her.
